Mark Soergel came to Heartland Design Concepts in early 2020. He studied Art at Ashland University. He has built his graphic design superpower throughout his professional career and now puts it to use every day at HDC. His favorite projects are when he can let loose with a design idea and start from the ground up with custom logos and signage. 

In addition to graphic design, Mark is also heavily involved in the production process and prints all of our formats from banners, to vinyl, and hard signage.

When Mark is not gracing all of us at HDC with his quick wit and candor, he is usually hiking through the woods with a camera in hand, visiting his favorite abandoned buildings and landscapes throughout Ashland and surrounding areas.   Mark also enjoys spending time with his wonderful wife, Andi, and their 3 kids Amelia, Owen & Wilson. Their weekends often include taking family drives to visit all the best ice cream stands and laughing together watching "The Office".
